Most wineries offer wine making kits that are specifically designed to make homemade wine. They are juice concentrate kits that have been tested and perfected before they leave the winery.
The proper amount of nutrients and yeast are included to help eliminate any major problems. Most require no sugar be added. Some will have what we call and F-pak, which is a flavor pack that you add to your wine at the appropriate time.
As a matter of fact, if you have a problem with these wines, it is usually because you did not sanitize your equipment properly. Most of the guess work has been take out of these kits.
These are ideal for the home winemaker because of the simplicity and ease of making a terrific wine. I highly recommend making any of these kits.
Just follow the instructions that come with the package and you will have a lovely wine in a few weeks!
How about a Suavignon Blanc, Reisling, Chardonnay,or a Pinot Grigio? Try something different! Order one now.
These wines will need a longer aging period, so plan ahead if you are making them for a special event.
They are ready to drink when done, but you will appreciate the difference in the taste if you let them age a few months or longer.
These kits contain 7.5 liters of juice packaged in an aseptic, nitrogen purged juice bag & make six gallons. The kits include an F-pack flavor package.
