Apple Wine.

10 lbs. Apples

5 lbs. Sugar

1 Pack Wine Yeast

1 lb Raisins

5 Gallons water (inclusive of apples & sugar)


Wash & cut up apples

Place in 5 gallon container

Add raisins & sugar

Put water up to about 5/8 of the container (almost full)

Stir or shake contents until sugar is basically dissolved

Add Yeast

Cover & add airlock

Leave to sit for twenty one (21) days

Remove fruits, strain & sweeten to taste

Leave for a further seven (7) days, then enjoy!!!
