INGREDIENTS:10 lbs. Apples5 lbs. Sugar1 Pack Wine Yeast1 lb Raisins5 Gallons water (inclusive of apples & sugar)METHOD:Wash & cut up applesPlace in 5 gallon containerAdd raisins & sugarPut water up to about 5/8 of the container (almost full)Stir or shake contents until sugar is basically dissolvedAdd YeastCover & add airlockLeave to sit for twenty one (21) daysRemove fruits, strain & sweeten to tasteLeave for a further seven (7) days, then enjoy!!!
